About Us

The One Off Chair Company is based in the centre of Stamford, 100 miles north of London, and is run by antique dealer Claire Langley, who has over 30 yrs of dealing experience.

Every chair or sofa we produce is unique.

Most of our chairs and sofas are offered in an unupholstered state - stripped back to the basic frame and hessian, what you are looking at is the shapr of the chair.

 On our bespoke range we use traditional upholstrery methods and materials.  Leadtime for this is 14 weeks.

Pricing

The price on the item description is for the unupholstered item as found.  Unfortunatley due to the volume of our work, we only upholster for trade and interior designers but we are happy to recommend a list of trusted upholsterers for our private clients.

Fabrics  for our bespoke range

We are able to supply any available fabric of your choice, and also have a range of pattern books for inspiration.
